Install error Tornado v2.2.1 on windows7 OS

Hi..
I have a question about the Tornado 2.2.1 installation.
I attempted to install on the OS of Windows 7, but an error occurred during the installation.

Detailed installation environment are as follows.
- PC-OS : Windows7, 64bit
- Tornado version : 2.2.1
- Error message :
* Software Registration
SETUP is registering software on your machine. This will take a few minutes.
(prograss bar =========60%... PAUSE!! )

I don't know the reason for pause occurs. (I waited for about 30 minutes. but, pause!)
i tested to stop antivirus and firewall, it is also occured error.

please help me.

Hello jeong-sik,
I suspect that there is no way for a 64bit Windows7, please try to use a
Windows 32bit.
